Phoenix SMP felt like the only name that could truly capture what scalp micropigmentation offers our clients. The phoenix has always represented transformation — the ability to rise renewed, stronger, and more confident than before.

I'm Donna, the founder and practitioner behind Phoenix SMP. I qualified in scalp micropigmentation in 2022, training with two of the industry's most respected institutions — Finishing Touches Group and the Cosmetic College, London. 

Before founding Phoenix SMP here in Bournemouth, my professional background was in engineering. For many years, I worked as an Electrical Design Engineer in the aerospace and marine sectors, where technical precision and detail-oriented excellence are mandatory. I have applied this skill set to the transformative power of Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP). After witnessing how results can restore a person's confidence, I dedicated my time to this intricate craft.

 
I have a simple belief: that hair loss treatment should be precise, honest, and genuinely inclusive. Too often, SMP is marketed almost exclusively to men — but hair thinning, alopecia, and scarring affect women just as profoundly, and deserve the same expert, dedicated care.
